Contact Admin. This is a 3-star hotel, and not in the centre of Aqaba. It takes a minute, easy walk to reach the centre, and a bit more on the way back, as you have to climb the hillside.
The quality is what you can expect in Jordan in a 3-star hotel. We had a room with a view on the hills. It was nice, spatious, had air-conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The bathroom was clean, though the bathtub looked very old and worn. But as it was clean, we didn't mind. The staff was nice and helpful.
The buffet breakfast and dinner was good, and occassionally we could go to the 4-star Aquamarine 2 for dinner, when our hotel served a la carte only.
The shuttle bus service between the hotels did not run very frequently, but when we asked the reception, they called the bus for us. We also visited the beach of Aquamarine 1 - it is very very small, but OK, though I recommend to choose a nicer beach south of Aqaba. It is a brothel. The receptionist in the hotel should warn the unsuspicious guests, I think. I would have given a better rating, but this experience was truly terrible. Well,, as long as my overall trip to Aqaba was above average, it made me tolerate the Hotel where is stayed Aquamarina III The location is not the best in Aqaba, although it got a Sea view, but there were a school across the street..
